Privacy Policy – Hush Sudoku

In short: The Hush app does not collect, store or transmit any personal data. There are no ads, no tracking, no analytics tools and no user account.
1. Controller

2. The app
Your game progress, settings and statistics are stored only on your device. They never leave your device and are not visible to me. Deleting the app deletes this data. A counter for the free Hard and Expert puzzles is kept in your device's keychain. Optional daily reminders are scheduled locally on your device; no push service is used.
3. Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple processes payment and account data under its own privacy policy. I receive no information about who made a purchase. The app only checks with Apple's purchase system whether a purchase exists for your Apple ID.
4. This website and contact
Visiting this website and contacting me by email are covered by the Softgrid Studio privacy policy (German). The website is delivered via Cloudflare, sets no tracking cookies and loads no third-party content.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Independent Data Protection Centre Saarland (Unabhängiges Datenschutzzentrum Saarland).
